The Carlisle County Animal Shelter houses stray dogs. Animals are fed, watered, and cared for in a clean atmosphere. If you have lost your dog, check with the shelter. Stray animals can also be picked up here as pets. You may bring strays here or call for pickup during regular business hours. You may also buy your dog tags here or at the Office of the County Judge during regular business hours.
